shareI wish I knew the answer to your question. A friend from England recommended Mile High to me because my husband is a commercial airline captain and we just think it's hysterical and love to watch the show. We are watching the first season now as it is airing on BBCA but I'll be so depressed if it's cancelled already! :-(
shareIt was on at the 9 slot on sundays then series 2 was dropped half way through then return to a latter slot.
I actually dont no when its on anymore, i think its still on the UK has released the box set of series 1 so i guess its still popular.
The last epi i saw was when the gay blonde guy who sleeps with everyone trys to kil himself.
well i live in new york and it was just on now. what a great episode. I watched it on bbc it was a new episdoe at 10 oclock so.
shareWhat ep's where they?
The guy from the USA show Hercules is a stripper in one of the eps in series two, i think he was a gay stripper.
I cannot rember but if you search young hercules and then copy and paste his name im sure their are screen grabs on the net
It is no longer showing in the UK, it totalled 39 episodes and 2 series. For more info check out my website > www.mile-high.co.uk

Or you can pay more and get a legal copy.
shareHere in the US we got (or will get) the first 4 episodes of the 2nd season. That leaves one more episode to be shown here and the "Mile High" run on BBC America will end on 15 Feb. When it will resume here is anyone's guess.
Of course whether a SKY TV show continues or not anywhere is the propriety of -- World Fuehrer and Rotating Director of the Milky Way Galaxy -- Rupert Murdoch.
And it's my guess that Sky TV doesn't ever comment on what Sky does because Rupert wants God to run his Media Empire someday. Lying to people would no doubt be counter-productive. 'Course, all that'll have to wait until God can come up with the money to buy Murdoch out, if ever. Until then, those can be be tough sandals for Rupert to fill at times.
But I bet he ain't losing any sleep over when and how long a "Mile High" run starts or ends.
As for BBC America -- I'm always grateful that its programming is still available by satellite in the US. Too bad the satellite's "Sputnik." In the US, we're sort of used to BBCA programmes running in fits and starts. And most programmes don't show here until 4 or 5 years after a series ends. And then it's a year or two later before they release the DVD.
Sound familiar?
the show is cancelled - read th4e post about the new season
shareMile High starts up again mid-March here in the states. Just saw a spot after tonight's show on BBCA. If it really did get cancelled, that kinda sucks. Even though I really like the first season better, I'm still enjoying the 2nd season so far. When it picks up again, it's going to be an hour later tho, after Footballer$ Wives.

I know now that Mile High is going to start a 'new' show on March 19, which is today. I know it's a 'new' season, meaning I think it's season two. They are still playing Mile High on BBC America.
shareWell I guess the show is playing now.. and its not that bitchy as it use to be.
There has been lotta changes made in these new Episodes, New Characters, New Stories.
I just wish it would Heat up again.
well my roomates and i, watch Footballers wives and Mile High Every sundays here (Los Angeles).
So far Footballers Wives is AWESOME.
We watched the last episode last sunday, which was April 23, 2006. Then last night we stayed up to watch it and they had Footballers Wives in it's place. I'm hoping that last Sunday was just the season finale. I do hope that it comes back, it is such an entertaining show. You never know what they are going to do next. BBCA I do hope you know when to keep a good one. Coupling was a great show too, then they spoiled it with the baby thing and "Jeff" left.
sharesupposably it's coming back as a mini series on channel 4 in britian this summer they just finished the pilot hopefully it makes it to america at least reasonably unaltered
shareBBC America did the same thing a few years back with "EastEnders".
sharejust got into watching this programme , missed it first time around as I dont care much for its sister show dream team, but saw an epsidoe & thought why did I miss this
