Why the hell does everyone love Marco?

Will and Poppy both loved Marco, meanwhile Marco loved Janis and Janis loved him. I hated Marco alot, he was a complete jerk and Im glad he left.

Poppy loved Marco and he slept with her then ditched her (Even though he told her it wasnt serious) and Will loved him although Marco didnt share his feelings but everyone he had any sort of romantic relationship with he ditched cuz he loved Janis.

Marco was the moral center of that show.

Becuz Marco had a great head on his shoulders. He saved Poppy yet wanted no praise for it.(I would have done that for anyone) He may have handled Will wrong but showed he learned from it by helping the Goldstar Queen in the bathroom after a failed pass. Poppy was too clingy and he wanted nothing to do with a clingy girl(As we all can see he is attracted to strong women.) Ex: Janis!!! He was screwed over by most of his friends : KC (Sex with his dad), Leann(Flight that ended young boys life) Will (Getting Janis fired but at least he made it up to him.) He knew what he wanted & made no excuses for it. He had the sense to get far away from that type of crap he was put through. Tom Wisdom is a great actor and congrats to him on his fantastic role in 300(Spartan movie)!

I agree with jenne - Marco DID have a great head on his shoulders (and a face that was easy on the eyes, too! ;) ). Everyone liked him because he was kind-hearted and meant well, but people became too clingy. Poppy - while I loved her - she was entirely WAY too attached to him. I was embarrassed for her some of the times! Marco was an a** sometimes, but I think he had to be because poeple just wouldn't get the hint. Plus, he was a kid, what do you expect?

Now, for the actor behind Marco - Tom Wisdom - I have nothing but good to say about him. He's a genuinely nice guy with much success ahead of him. He's in Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 playing America Ferrera's boyfriend and currently filming the new Richard Curtis film, The Boat That Rocked. I have seen some of his other work and he has such a range of acting, not many actors can compare. He is highly underrated, but I have a feeling things are going to change!

P.S. Welcome to Grindhouse - My husband is on your side. :) He always said, "Why is everyone so obsessed with Marco??"
