What is written on the post/scarecrow thing?

at about 14 minutes in there's a scarecrow type thing on the side of the road with writing on it. The camera zooms in and holds on the writing, so I assume it's important, but my copy doesn't provide subtitles here. Can anyone tell me what it says?

I just looked it up and the subtitle says "Turn yourself in. Or you may rot and die."
It's meant as a warning to the murderer, I guess.

Btw, how are you watching without subtitles? Dubbed version? Or maybe this is your native language?

Thank you, and no, it has subtitles, but nothing came up when it zoomed into the post.
