The real killer SPOILER

Well, i read a lot of thesis about the real murder. I read, also, that the real importance of the story is the story in self, no find the killer. but we can try to find him anyway. Ok.
The killer is the detective Cho Yong-koo(actor: Roe-ha Kim)
The killer is all shaved.
Has fine hands.
Goes crazy when the song starts.
Burned the face of the retarded boy.
--->Now find this things on Cho Yong-koo.
When the song starts in the police station he is not there.
When the song starts in the interrogation room, while everyone waits the reaction of the accused, he, Cho Yong-koo, looses control and jumps over the accused.
He has fine hands, obviously, because he has a office work, just like the last accused.
He knows every girl on the town because he grown up there.
THe retarded guy is afraid to him because: 1, he burned his face and 2, he murdered the girls.

How would he have soft hands? He's a street cop/riot cop who beats up college kids protesting every other weekend.

More importantly, his right leg gets chopped off in the middle of the story. Kinda hard to serial kill right after you get your leg chopped off.

I don't believe in OP's assumption.

I still think the main theme is "simply" about not knowing who the murderer is.

In my eyes, Cho Yong-koo just plays a slightly comedic role. He's mostly used for interrogations, and beating suspects up in order to make them confess. His first (I think?) introduction was "This is a very friendly guy, and he never hits anybody" and we all knew what happened 5 seconds later.
When the most likely suspect near the end was caught for interrogation, and we were led to believe that he was about to confess, we all witnessed the beautiful jumping kick. This last example was strong in a comedic way, due to the sharp contrast between the kick and the seriousness mere seconds earlier. (Strengthened by the intense close-up of Park Doo-Man)

I'm also almost 100% sure that Kwang-Ho wasn't afraid of Cho Yong-Koo, and that the photo that was shown was from the suspect at that time, the pretty boy.

Using clues you got from a film to solve the corresponding real life murder. Bold.
