Season 2, Episode 4. It also had "The Love Contract" skit.

I feel sorry for today's generation of kids. They didn't have Hey Arnold!

Yeah I hate that =P and my computer is too slow to try to read ALL episode description plus if I'm looking for a certain skit, the description may not have it, so this is why I bought the DVDs.
