Why can't I find this game for rent?

I can't even find it to buy. I saw a preview for it in the form of a coming soon box. Then it disappeared. I also got the impression this was kinda like Resident evil...like a shooter...where Mulder and Scully basically go around shooting aliens. Is that true?

I was able to rent the game at blockbuster and buy it at FYE...and yes it is basically like resident evil, u have to shoot zombies and solve puzzles in order to complete the game...
