Because thre distributor was on the line of going out of business, so they decided to do a limited release for PS2. You might recognize that there was no publicity at all for the game release.
I hoped there would be a PC Version, too. But with no PR, nobody bought the game. becuase of this there was no wider release. Very pitty.
