It dominates the Berlin skyline in the movie. Pia had a replica of it (which Eyal put to use of course) so it must be a known landmark. What is that tower, is there a broadcasting antenna on it's roof?

Thank you for this link, Sollocks, it is very informative and adds to the movie. I had a feeling the tower has some hidden significance and was not disappointed. The reflection of the sun creating the "Pope's Revenge" exceeded expectations. Fascinating phenomenon, meaningful story, great movie.
