People are putting this movie down bad but it was a inspiration to me. It shows you can be the nice guy but still have the respect that people will not mess with you. I also like how the movie shows it takes a stronger person to live by his morals while the kid in the movie was so weak trying to fit in.

I loved the way chris stood up against such a$$holes and totally turned the town around....so once again people can walk tall like old times.

Sadly the most inspirational aspect of the true story was left out of this movie thought. Buford Pusser stood up for what he believed in inspite and keep going no matter who or what tried to stop him. He was shot, stabbed, run over with a car, his wife was killed and still he continued to fight orginized crime in his home county.
