I think it might be the theme for the film, it plays on the dvd menu screen where you select your language and also think it plays at points throughout the movie. I think its part of the soundtrack that was written for the movie, it has what sounds like slide guitar in it and is a pretty chilled out laid back song.

If you're talking about the first song of the movie (where Chris is riding the boat home), then it's called "Midnight Rider" by the Allman Brothers.

I love this song. I always play it when I'm cruising around.
