Are you talking about when the Ferry is pulling in. Sounds kind of Southern Rock, Lyrics sound like you gotta run, keep on running or something like that?

Its Midnight Rider by The Allman Brothers Band and not by Greg Allman

Actually the version playing IS by Greg Allman. This version was made later after they broke up, so its not by the Allman Brothers Band
