for whatever reason, people ALWAYS over hype any CGI full length animated feature. they pretend they are all equally funny and its considred blasphemy if you speak ill of one of them. I, for one, have only seen 1 I thought was good; the Incredibles.

All of these other CGI movies are one in the same and dont have that many variables that separate them in the long run. I guess because they're "family films" we have to automatically like them all.

Who, exactly, is forcing you to automatically like this movie because it's a "family film"? o_o You clearly aren't submitting to this mysterious force, and a lot of people aren't either, so perhaps you could specify the big problem with this movie?

thank you for being a perfect example of the weak mindedness generic "fan" that hates to see or hear anyone speaking ill of their beloved CGI family films.

Enjoy your Shrek in silence then kill yourself please, thanks.

Here's my reason for hating the movie -
I felt I was being force-fed anything meant to be cute, silly, or risque. Lemurs singing "I like to move it"? That's the best they could do?

The big problem with this movie wasn't specified by the original poster - he just went off on hating CGI movies in general.

But I can tell you what THE big problem of this movie is.

That it got made.
