Ok jennys husband is something else... Can we say weird? Ok first weird thing is the way he is dancing to "whip it" at the birthday party... No wonder he was in the back of the room he was dancing like a dork! Then this part really bugs me when helen has that skimpy dress on and he's acting like a horse... What was up with that???? Then towards the end when jennys knitting and helen pulls up in the nice car the snotty way he answers jenny about the jaguar. He wasn't my fave character. Like that guy on other movies but not this one.

I think you know that his acting like a horse was that he was trying to show that Helen looked sexy. He was joking around. Don't be to hard on the character. We are supposed to think of him as comic relief.

He's taking the knife out of the Cheese!
Do you think he wants some cheese?

I don't think he was being snotty about the Jaguar, I think he was trying to make a dumb joke. Yes his character was dorky-that was the point-he'd have to be a dork to be so henpecked by Jenny. That said, I really do like Kevin Kilner in other roles.
