How far in the future will the movie take place?

shareIdeally (for personal interest), would be the introduction of Theodore Roosevelt. He met Bullock in 1884, which was after the fire, but not so far removed that the characters have to look too much older.
Than again, having been 2004 since the show debuted, some of the main characters may have naturally aged beyond the few years I'm hoping for above.
