How the hell did the sheriff get into Penelope Cruz's cell to rape her and got out without being seen? Plot hole.

He was in a rape scheme with his best friend, Dr. Douglas Grey, the head of the hospital (Miranda's husband).

you are right, that doesent explain anything , and there is no logic explanation for that and 10 more things in this movie ! And the ending is in a "hoolywood stlye" , but it is good waste of time if you ask me.. hehehe !

if he was friends with the head doctor, dr. grey would be able to give him keys or id cards or whatever he would need to get in the cell to rape chloe whenever he wanted.
not that hard to understand.

Yes, sheriff was a friend of Dr Douglas Grey, but surely, one of the hospital's numerous nursing staff could have easily seen him entering or leaving her cell. How the hell would he explain that?

Actually, another thing that bothers me: how come Chloe wasn't watched in her cell by CCTV? If the hospital staff believed she self-harmed and her behaviour was suicidal, then surely they should have put cameras in her cell, and security people should have watched her at nighttime, because she would be assumed to be trying to kill herself. Remember how Miranda was filmed by CCTV in her camera? So, why wasn't Chloe?

lol, wow u guys notice alot of things...im not that smart. But i guess its just a movie and they can change things if they want, even if it doesnt make much sense.

there are no security cameras in the isolation cells, not in this movie and not IRL.

The Sheriff didn't get into and out of the cell, at least not in the scene in the movie. It was Rachel showing, Miranda the tattoo. At least that makes more sense than a clueless hospital staff.

i wonder why chloe didn't just say that he was doing it to her.. and i also don't understand why no one knows he has a huge flaming tattoo on his chest and no one knows about it..

No one would believe her. They thought she was crazy. And probably because you aren't really shirtless as a sheriff...
