Does anyone know how the white cat Yuki managed to make her voice heard in the normal world? Or was she there and hiding for some reason? This is the only part I just don't get.

Maybe it was just her conscience? I mean Yuki was probably able to speak to her because of that past experience with her.

perhaps its just something haru can do. when she talks to yuki as kitten although we only hear meows haru appears to understand in fact quoting her later so perhaps haru is some how already able to hear cats and just forgot about it until the vents of the film

Perhaps Yuki was visiting the human world, to give Haru the message.

I always assumed that Yuki was visiting the Human world to alert Haru, as others have said.

In the manga version, it was implied that Yuki (the white cat) had telepathy powers. How she got it is still a mystery.

Actually, it is explained that Haru actually has a power to communicate with cats and this is why Yuki was able to talk to her.

She may have just seen that the flunky whats his face (or her face in Japanese) was up to something and followed them into the Human World out of curiosity (to see what poor bastage they were going to kidnap this time. Yuki probably didn't even know it was Haru until she saw who it was the flunky was talking to. Yuki was probably just hiding somewhere nearby. If Haru wasn't such a flake, she probably could have found her. That's what I figure.

You mean you`ve never had a cat talk to you in the normal world?
Most of them are like a lot of people and just talk in cat, expecting humans to just figure it out.
