This film is going to effect me...

I kind of stumbled into this film. I was on a 'French-Italian' streak mainly because of the taboos they break in their movies. Once the film started, I couldn't look away. After completing it just now, I feel depressed even though that wasn't the intention of the film. More importantly, I feel this film will change me in the future, effect the way I lead my life. Not now, but some time in the future. I am young and live in a society that represents ideals that are quite opposite to those of the film. So, may be I cannot lead such a life. But, I will dream of it. As the film says, 'Everything is beautiful!', a constant reminder to the soul. I feel that the film shows that a life could be so fulfilling even when it is ultimately meaningless, troubled or flawed. I feel like an old soul after watching this movie. Thank you and salute to the film.
