I'm somewhat surprised I'd never heard of this before. I consider myself to be somewhat educated on Hitler and WWII but had never heard of this show before.

Where did this program premiere?
Unless you saw it on tv when it was first broadcast I doubt anyone's really heard of it. Luckily I did catch the original broadcast so ive watched it probably once a year since then inaccuracies & all.
Check out "Der untergant" (sp?) Or "The Downfall" in English for another good, more accurate portrail of a small portion of Hitlers life...
Sorry totally forgot to answer your question. I always thought it premiered on British tv (where i saw it first) but apparently its made by a Canadian company and premiered on CBS
shareis it weird that when i saw this movie(s) I felt that it is happening again?
but it is not 1 person like hitler anymore, it is the PC newspaper that keep spewing anti Semitism and pro islam "news"
It is like the new PC world would have been exactly what hitler wanted :( :(
