GUILTY!!!

Guilty!!

Why? Because they were charged and convicted... OOPS i mean they confessed!

You think if these two sadist-child-rapers were innocent they would have confessed... i don't think so...

Remember the WM3 who were wrongly convicted and sentenced to life(Jason) and death(Damien) and (Jessy) to life... they always maintained their innocence and never made jokes or walked to the parents of their victims to mock them.
And the crimes they supposedly committed were how unbelievable it sounds were in a way much harsher---> sodomizing three boys and tying them up and then slashing them with knifes and then murdering and dumping their bodies in a lake.

And some of you idiots have the nerve to "discuss" if the victims were liars or not... What the *beep* do you know about this case apart from this biased so called documentary!!

Three boys said in this film that they were never touched ,think about this for a minute... what if you were so horny that you couldn't control that urge and simply had to rape a woman ASAP.

How would go go about that?...
Would you wait outside a police office and wait for a female police officer to try and rape her or would you go for the simply woman who lives completely alone in a trailer where no one comes to visit her?
Would you do it on a busy street or wait until it got dark and do it in a place where you and the future victim would be alone?

Well let me tell you that the raper who would rape a woman would just be as calculating as a child raper.

Please think before you post... child rapers are not idiots ,they would leave some children alone if alone to cover their asses if caught... they would have to be very calculating...
And you never ever confess ,just look at all you idiots who jump at the chance to defend those two child rapers... Adults normally never believe their children especially if the pedophile make up these perverse unbelievable rape games...

So you think the West Memphis 3 were wrongly convicted? You are aware that Jessie Misskelley initially confessed, aren't you? How do you square your view that the WM3 were wrongly convicted with your belief that the Friedmans would not have confessed (well, pleaded guilty, at least) if they were innocent?

These are the sorts of inconsistencies that I tend to point out in these discussions -- is that what troubles you about my posts?

The WM3 were set free instead of serving their sentences ,that is not opinion that's fact.

Aparently as was pointed out in the origional case Jessie was mentally chanlenged and was coursed to that confession... you could say that is opinion but they were released so aparently that judge felt the same way.

I allready pointed out what in your opinion "troubles me" about your posts "Top" "Frog".

This is incorrect, or at least (being charitable) incomplete. The WM3 agreed to a deal with prosecutors that they would be granted a new trial, in exchange for then pleading "no contest," and admitting that the State had sufficient evidence to convict them (although under this plea they would be allowed to maintain their innocence). They gave up all rights to sue for false imprisonment. In exchange they were sentenced to time served. They remain felons, considered guilty of the crimes that they were accused of, but are free because they have served their sentences.

Jessie Miskelley's confessions were introduced into evidence in the original trials, over the objections of the defense attorneys. The Arkansas Supreme Court determined on appeal that Misskelley's confessions were voluntary and that he did, in fact, understand the Miranda warning and its consequences. (The full opinion can be found here: courts.arkansas.gov/opinions/1996/cr94-848.html.)

As noted earlier, the judge did not free the WM3, but rather the WM3 made a deal with prosecutors (just like Jesse Friedman did) that resulted a finding of guilt and a limited sentence (again, the same as the Friedman case), which led to them being freed because of the time they had already served in prison.

Given your willingness to question a confession when it is coerced, not as a matter of individual opinion, but because a judge thinks so, you should be open to questioning the confession of Jesse Friedman (his guilty plea) as well. After all, a panel of Federal appellate judges had this to say about Jesse Friedman's case (caselaw.findlaw.com/us-2nd-circuit/1535102.html):

[T]he police, prosecutors, and the judge did everything they could to coerce a guilty plea and avoid a trial. Thus, with the number of counts in the indictments and Judge Boklan's threat to impose the highest conceivable sentence for each charge, petitioner faced a virtually certain life sentence if he was convicted at trial. And the likelihood that any jury pool would be tainted seemed to ensure that petitioner would be convicted if he went to trial, regardless of his guilt or innocence. Nor could he have reasonably expected to receive a fair trial from Judge Boklan, the former head of the Nassau County District Attorney's Sex Crime Unit, who admitted that she never had any doubt of the defendant's guilt even before she heard any of the evidence or the means by which it was obtained. Even if innocent, petitioner may well have pled guilty.

The Friedmans served their time and the WM3 didn't.

I actually think that those three so called documentaries are just as disgusting as this movie about the Friedmans.

You have been brainwashed by this movie into thinking that those pedophiles didn't rape any children and that the victims must be a bunch of liars.

You aren't the first ignorant person who thinks that... victims of child abuse have to deal with this on a daily basis ,that's one of the reasons they keep quiet.

The only thing you know about these two pedophiles is what you have seen in a movie.
