Does anyone agree with what they were saying about CTF?
Yes, It seems obvious that there was so much info that would not have helped the apparent agenda of the movie depicting the Friedmans as innocent. They completely left out the confession made by Jessie to Geraldo Rivera. It was an independent, no-pressure confession which he decided to do on his own. His trial was over, he answered the questions in detail and even expounded on the questions. This interview (either shown or at least mentioned in detail) would have cast a completely different light on the movie. Seeing the words come out of his own mouth about how he did it would have made the world of difference, yet is was conspicuously left out - not even mentioned let alone shown. Even if they couldn't get rights to the video - they could have talked about the details which were confessed. That's not to mention Ross Goldstein's involvement (which I just mentioned). There was so much more left out that would have shed more light onto this case.

But there was a section in the film during which Jesse discussed his interview with Geraldo. I think a clip of it was shown as well, but I could be misremembering that bit.

I believe (could be wrong) that there was extra added in the DVD (possibly to respond to the criticism - which you might be thinking of. Although it has been a while.)
