Watching this film I was in no doubt at any point that the whole family knew about or was part of this sick thing. Even if they were victims themselves they were in complete denial of any wrong doing.
I also believe the incest stories Arnold told of with his brother. The brother is in complete denial or regress.

The only one I'm not convinced knew everything was the wife. Although I do believe she knew her husband had issues and attractions (I'm sure she saw magazines and things around), I very much doubt she would have thought children were being molested in her home. That's just my personal feeling. Really only God/The Flying Spaghetti Monster truly know.

I agree with you she seemed clueless, and I think she wanted it that way. She seems like the type "oh he just looked at the magazines he didn't act on them" but that's a really crappy stance to take. Children were abused to make child porn. It's not her fault that her ex was that way, but she does make excuses.
