Before it was even mentioned in the movie, I just knew Arnold had to have molested at least one if not all of his children. It seems way too strange that a person whose family has been accused of being pedophiles would choose a career based around small children. But that said, he had to have forseen that no one would want to hire him anymore after this?

The Friedmans are either lying or in denial depending on which part of the molestation you are talking about. Why would David want to say publicly "I was molested by my father, my family has a history of molestation and even incest, oh hey and I love working with kids and am available for children's parties"? Might as well deny.
Same thing happened with Jerry Sandusky. He said that all of those boys were in on a vast conspiracy against him that reached top levels of the government. That's how delusional some of these guys are. Deny deny deny.
Even Ted Haggard or Larry Craig, these conservative family values hypocrites, get caught being publicly homophobic, yet secretly seeking out gay sex, and they deny forever. They deny over and over. Bill Clinton, "I did not have sex...what is the definition of 'is'"? OJ Simpson denied what he did to this day. He even got away with double murder for keeping his mouth shut other than denying his guilt.
