restaurant location?

So random and difficult questions:

Curious if anyone knows (especially enthusiasts or Florida locals) if the restaurant (where Lee takes SELBY for a fancy meal before the cigarette issue) is real and still open.

I've been searching everywhere and can't find any info. I noticed the 2 chefs that walk out have hats that say JP'S on them; however, that could be simply a prop. Just curious if this was on studio or if this place was truly on location and if it still exists.

Any help is beyond appreciated!!*
