Did Lee kill the 'john'

The quiet guy who claims he's never done it before, does Lee kill him? It didn't show us if she did and Lee kind of looked like she felt sorry for him in a way.

Yeah I think that she spared him.

Later on, Selby is grilling Lee and asks, "Who killed that man?" to which Lee replies, "Who do you think?" They don't specify the man in question, but the first John that raped Lee had just appeared in the paper, so I always figured that Selby was talking about him.

Not sure. In a documentary there is a man who had said it was his first time and she spared him.

The way she said "You're welcome" made me think after the HJ she let him go on his way.
