So is this made up of entire real footage if so, then do they show any deaths? Im just a little uneasy when I know it's real

No, it is discussed at parts in the doc (I do not want to give anything away), but it is not shown. This is a great piece of work.

Well, they do show Geisa falling down after getting shot and they do show Sandro getting mobbed by the police in the back of the police van.

That side of it made it extra tense - you never know if that gun is gonna go off.
