"Phil of the Future" is cancelled. But if DC would have done a Season 3, What was going to happen? or What do you think would happen? I mean, what would the story have been like?

I think something like this;
Phil and his family is in the future. But one night Phil sneaks out and tries to take the timemachine back to our century and Keely but something goes wrong and Phil is stuck in, like, 1943. The next day Phil's family discovers that Phil and the timemachine is gone so they think that he made it back to 2007, so they just wait a couple of days, but when he haven't returned for 3 days, they go to buy a new timemachine and travels back here and here they meet Keely who haven't met Phil (cause his stuck in 1943) so then Keely & Phil's family have to find out where Phil is and bring him home. The season would end with Phil & family stays in with Keely and they live happily ever after... or something.

when they came back for Curtis they realize they don't want to leave

they continue to have adventures with the gadgets
Phil and Keely learn the ups and downs of being a couple
keely continues being the school news reporter and Phil her camera man
again they have each a new gal-friend and guy-friend
Pim starts high-school and does basicaly the same things she always did
she again gets a new sidekick/rival
the mom and the dad and curties continue to have no relevance on most episodes
Hackett continues to investigate the diffys

Haha I like your story!

but i think they should have like a hiatus type thing

like they have a middle finale for like a break

and it would be phil and keely breaking up...and then once it comes back from the break...they would eventually get back together...and then the finale would be taken place in the near future with them getting married and pim and lil danny hooking up or something like that haha.
