Why wouldn't a time travel company be better prepared for something like this? ANYBODY could just rent a time machine (w/o actually paying) and go back in time and do stuff all on their own and not come back! YOu'd think they'd have some time tracker to prevent crap like this.

Disney shows tend to have plot holes like that.
Like in Hannah Montana. Like her wig would never fall off or something. And like people wouldn't recognize Miley when they see her. And...it's just too plot-holey!
And in That's So Raven, her visions only end up coming true because she saw the visions and tried to prevent them or something.

But I'll have to rewatch my dvds as I don't remember what episiode it's in.
It's the ONLY explanation on that show which makes any sense at all as to why the Skipper and Professor didn't get them off that island. ;)
your right, remember when Jackson and Hannah were supposidly boyfriend and girlfriend.. Rico would have recognized Jackson and Miley.
AND the day the Jonas brothers and Hannah Montana were performing at the beach party, everyone was there, wouldn't they wonder where Miley was, AND Suddenly Hannah comes down with poison oak, and Miley's friends are such fans that wouldn't they put 2 and 2 together when they see her on the talk show itching and scratching, when miley really has poison oak?
Disney Channel does have loopholes in their story lines..
And on wizards of waverly place, no one knows they are wizards, yet they openly talk about it in the restraunt.
