Lilli Palmer/Annette Bening
I still remember the ending of 'Adorable Julia' (directed by Alfred Weidenmann)starring a brilliant Lilli Palmer (with Charles Boyer & Jean Sorel) a long time ago where she goes to a restaurant and order a juicy steak instead of a beer like Annette Bening does in Being Julia. It was much better to feel her joy of revenge. Bening is brilliant, 'étincelante' and is worth the whole movie which is by the way very well done and very well acted. I liked it a lot. Her scenes with young Shaun Evans are very amusing. Tom Sturridge as Roger will go far.
