The CD is out of print of course, but listed on a Japanese cd site. You can look around individually on used or out of print music sites. I am currently scouring Limewire for the music, and not finding it.
You can get the DVD for as little as 5 bucks on ebay, but I didn't see the soundtrack anywhere.

P.S. I have never kissed the editor of the Radio Times.
I bought the CD from a dealer in London. Cost me $35. Birthday present.
