Taiwan Blu-Ray censored..no official Japan one yet...why?

No USA Blu-Ray release. Not even Japan Blu-Ray release.
The Taiwan Blu-Ray release of this movie has been censored missing many seconds and frames whenever they thought a japanese name was spelled.. although it wasn't the case.. so they movie has been cut compared to US,Japan and other DVD releases.
So as of now there is still no full official Blu-Ray release for this movie.
One wonders why in Japan these movies just don't get released on BD-50 at highest possible quality.
The same director released Space Battleship Yamato in Japan theaters but there isn't yet any Blu-Ray release in Japan for that movie too.
It's just dumb.
