I would really like to know if anyone has any information about the song that is played at the end of the episode "The Girl with One Heart". It's the second to last episode in season 3. Anybody who could help me, I'd be exceptionally grateful.

The most famous version of this song -- probably not the one used here; I'd have to watch the episode again to conclude this for certain -- was recorded by Frank Sinatra, with his daughter Nancy.
