Does anyone know the name of the sexy, instrumental guitar piece that is playing when Lisa is seducing "Ray"? Who is the artist?

I'm not really sure cause it was a while since I watched the film, but I know that Mark Kozelek acted in the film and played guitar. Very good! Look him up.
