hi, i havnt seen the whole thing of this movie, but i flicked it on the bit where that dude was at a concert, and he lended that band an amp, i was wondering if that was a real band?
if it is can anyone tell me the name of them, and that song?

Yes, it's a real band. The band is Sun Kil Moon. Haven't seen the movie in awhile, but I'm pretty sure the song that they're playing is "Lily and Parrots." Awesome band, btw. Mark Kozelek is the only reason I watched the movie. I've been a huge fan of his since his Red House Painters days!
