Why rated R?


Why was this rated R? There was hardly any language, No f bombs. No nudity, besides the one non sexual scene where she is laying on the bed. This is the tamest R-rated movie I have ever seen.

It's rated M here in Australia. I suspect it's rated R in America to keep your fundamentalist Christians happy.

it is most likely for the scene where Mirabelle catches jeremy j'ing off through the binoculars/telescope (i forget which) from ray's apartment...
