Everyone is centering on Steve Martin and Claire Danes here, but the character who made the film worth watching for me was Jeremy. I thought Jason S. did a wonderful job. I've loved his acting ever since his first role, in "Rushmore." I thought he did a terrific portrayal of a self-centered doofus who gets pushed into developing more emotional depth and maturity. I was so glad the timing worked out for him and Marabelle at the end.

I completely agree with you! He owns every scene he's in. I love this movie and have watched it in full at least 3 times, and each time I appreciate more and more what a skilled performance it was.
