When did it change its title to Switchblade Romance?

I've known of this movie for a long time as Haute Tension, and in English, High Tension. But I just encountered it again by chance and now notice it's called Switchblade Romance? WTF?

"Switchblade Romance" is its UK title.

That's funny cos I thought High Tension (i.e. the English translation) was its UK title. At least it had been for several years
