Inspired her alter ego. Was it her dad? Someone who had raped her? Or maybe just some gross-looking dude she saw in passing. Psychotics' alter egos usually come from somewhere. Wonder where this one came from.

He came from the author, Dean Koontz. Marie must have read his book, 'Intensity'. It split her psyche.
