I loved it too...especially the kitchen. Gorgeous.

It's a common request for design firms to replicate.

Mainly because that is a popular style of the homes in the Hamptons.

and the beach omg that would be the most amazing experience

I love the house! The artwork, especially. Here's a great link for those who enjoy the gorgeous beach house from the movie:

Also, I just googled screencaps from the movie, and there are a ton of articles out there about the design of the house. The beachy artwork is by Edward Henry Potthast and California artist Kenton Nelson.

I know I love it too! It looks so clean!.. :)

Yeah, it is stunning, but I could not live with so many WHITE things! Although it looked gorgeous (her wardrobe even matched it), I think they punched a little too much on the white = control freak symbolism.

But don't forget, she also had a fabulous apartment in NYC, that was just the "beach house". It was white and light but not fussy. Nothing in it felt "precious" like you couldn't put your feet up or sit somewhere and be cozy. It was very warm and inviting.

Remember us, for we too have lived, loved and laughed

Director Nancy Meyers is famous for the gorgeous kitchens in her films. That house was so beautiful.

I live in a house like this and it's a lot of work to keep it clean.
