Deader and Hellworld released the same year?

I noticed that this and Hellworld were released a few months apart from each other. Does anyone know why two DTV Hellraiser movies were released so close together?

Both movies were filmed in 2002, and then sat on Dimension's shelves collecting dust for nearly 3 years before Dimension decided to dump them both onto DVD within close proximity in the same year. Nothing that Dimension does has much rhyme or reason to it, so don't try to figure it out.
