Does anyone else think this is the funniest line in the movie?

When they're discussing the dig in the diner, and the explosives expert says, 'well, today we came across a little bit of a set back......a pretty big rock.'

And then the general (who doesn't speak much english) interjects and goes "Rock!!"

Also,

"You must float like a leaf down the river of life........and kill old lady"

I love how the camera zooms to him really fast after he says it.

The funniest scene in the movie is when Garth blows his finger off and McSam gets all hysterical.

it's funny because it's so random. He's always there doing his thing and then says something when you least expect it

"What are we supposed to use? Harsh language?"
