When Hanks is hiding from the sheriff under the bed. Right before she finds him, when she looks in his room and you see that piece of cloth zip right under the bed and the woman says "....what?!"

I don't even know why, but it just absolutely fractures me.

I like her reaction too. My favorite part is the cat thumping it's tail to that rap song at the bridge. Something about the look on it's face.

My two favorite subtle things are the cat watching them throughout and the portrait mysteriously had different expressions every time it was shown.
