Dude,if you think "they" and "them" haven't done this already, you are indeed naive.
The problem is "birth defects" when attempting the clone of any living creature.That is one of the reasons why it is so strenuously objected to in some cases. Tens and hundreds of "artifically inseminated eggs" need to be "started" before they get one that isn't a retard monster.
Now there's a difference between physical effects and metaphysical spiritual adherences, huh.
I suppose if some soulless clones (or genetic memory monsters) emerge from the shadows, they will be the perfect victims of society. LOL
