Why did it take 8 years? (spoiler)
Ok so there's still one thing that I don't get. Why did it take Adam II eight years for Zachary to emerge? I thought maybe because Adam I died at age 8, so after that original age there was nothing left of Adam I, then Zachary took over. But that would assume that the "memory inheritance" myth was true.
