Anyone else think...
...that this would be a religious horror movie?
I thought that would be the case because of the title, plus movies like that were being made a lot at the time (Bless the Child, End of Days etc.).
But, it turned out to be something completely different from that. Sure, it has some religious symbolism, but that symbolism doesn't make much sense (like the name Adam).
Maybe the movie would've been better if it was about demons or the devil.
