Do you agree? I think this is the only one in the list where I'll have to watch before deciding.
I think it could work as a rebooted MINI series, but not a regular show where they would have multiple seasons, etc. The article says it would be based in the 40's after Noah and Alli have fallen in love and deal with problems with racism and post World War II.. It sounds interesting, but I don't think it would work. The charm of The Notebook is the story of Noah and Alli falling back in love. If they recreated that with a mini series with two good actors, I would definitely watch.
