Ok guys i loved this movie and i wish i was in that kind of love and would find my allie :p lol but i have to ask you because maybe i missed something on the movie: Why Allie wasn't remember anything and old Noah had to read her their story? please response

The man stops reading the story at this point, and implies to the audience that he is reading to his wife, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease and does not recognize him. Throughout the story he explains he is also ill, battling a third cancer, and suffering heart disease, kidney failure, and severe arthritis in his hands.
When the doctor examined Noah, they discussed dementia and how it's a degenerative disease and it's impossible for her to remember anything. Allie is playing the piano and stops. Noah told the doctor that someone must've forgot to turn the page for her. Playing continues a minute later and the doctor assumes that someone turned the page for her, to which Noah tells the doctor she is playing from memory, as it's a different tune.
shareShe was in the advanced stages of Alzheimer disease. There was few times when she would say, "how long this time..." so she knew she was getting worse. I have only seen the movie once. Not my favorite even though I like all the actors in it.
She could not remember their story because her memory is lost from the disease. It's really awful to see someone go through this and at it's worst, it's extremely difficult for the adult children and spouse and loved ones. The idea, IMO, is they are at peace together in death.
