Without a doubt...
Wuthering Heights (original - 1939)

The Big Parade (1925)
Exit Smiling (1926)
Show People (1928)
Waterloo Bridge (1931)
Gold Diggers of 1933
Holiday (1938)
Stagecoach (1939)- My heart broke so much for Claire Trevor when I first saw this movie!
The Strawberry Blonde (1941)
The Clock (1945)
Lili (1953)
From Here to Eternity (1953)
On the Waterfront (1954)
The Glass Slipper (1955)
Marty (1955)
Picnic (1955)
Tea and Sympathy (1956)
Auntie Mame (1958)
Ben-Hur (1959)
Fanny (1961)
Susan Slade (1961)- Has some cheesy elements, but the sincerity of the actors and understanding of the characters pulls this one through for me
The L-Shaped Room (1962)
Guide (1965)
The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter (1968)
Panic at Needle Park (1971)
Turkish Delight (1973)- Has some very... controversial moments (to say the least), but does have an enduring love story, so it qualifies
Ali: Fear Eats the Soul (1974)
Arthur 1981
The Lover (1992)- Another controversial choice, but the fact that the characters stay in each others' minds throughout their lifetimes makes this movie for me
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993)- Yes, seriously.
Total Eclipse (1995)
Alaipayuthey (2000)
Spirited Away (2001)
Mr. and Mrs. Iyer (2002)
Head On (2004)
The Lake House/Il Mare
Wow, I'm shocked that Love Story 1970 with Ali MacGraw and Ryan O'Neal isn't listed. So many people cried and cried with this one.
And I always loved A Walk to Remember.
I'm sure someone mentioned it already. That's probably why I didn't list it. Also Ryan O'Neal gives me the creeps and is a lackluster actor. I wish they would've cast someone else because he ruins an, otherwise, lovely movie for me. Damn it.
