The only good thing about the movie
was Stephen Dorff. just watch him and don't think much about the rest
sharehe was definately good......but how can you not mention the great actor and the GREAT PRESENCE of christopher plummer??? as dorff's father
one key scene is the one between dorff and plummer

when dorff goes to see him....the interaction between them....the acting....everything in the air....father and son...their *beep* up history and relationship....is so brilliantly acted...and very realistic...a lot of people would identify that to whatever extent....
bloody great scene. very complex....not done in a straight forward way where he just goes in there and he just *beep* around with him and u can see that his intention throughout is just to kill him....the way he begins...he's still terrified of him....no matter how old he is now and independant...and what he's done...he's even killed people...he walks in there...his dad is lying in a hospital bed....on the verge of death anyway..and he's still terrified of him...and all the old memories are there....and he still has this complicated feeling of love towards him and want for his father to love him...and want for his father to respect him...and all those complicated things...
christopher plummer is just amazing in that scene....and steven dorff delivers this character on the mark...throughout.
you are right. so there were actually two good things in the movie.
oh yes, not forget about the snake scene - can't remeber the last time i laughed so much
But When Dorff Had His Shirt Off And Hes Just Glistening And Obviously Had Some Sort Of Lotion On But It Was Soooooo Hot! I Would Of Pulled Him In The Pool With Me If I Was Sharon Stone!!! LOL okay a lil obsessive so it sounds =D
