Is this flick any good?

At first I confused it with Cold Mountain (in name). The I saw it was on Sci-Fi and figured it to be complete crap. I only got to watch bits & pieces b/c I screwed something up on Face Book and it to a long time to fix. But from what I did see, it didn't look half bad. Not a horror or scifi flick but it did catch my attention in some parts.
Just wondering if it's worth fully watching.

i thought it was crap. basic small town hatred against outsiders. add in a local who sleeps with all the women and acts like a high school bully. have the bully terrorize a big city family whose bravest member is the 8 year old son. add in some slight mystery and an unrealistic ending and you've got cold creek manor. it would be nice if one of these recycled movie scripts involved the victims who were restrained and able (A History of Violence) not weak and pathetic.

Not as bad as people are saying but it's just a typical ** (two star) movie.
