Surprisingly... Not Totally Awful.
I actually liked it a lot up till the last ten-fifteen minutes. "Explanations" and ridiculous events like the fridge survival bit, which edges up there with Indy in the fridge. I mean, that fire would have needed some putting out...
Most of the film is rather good, with quirky, if not altogether likable, characters who are nonetheless interesting. The restricted setting - mostly a single apartment and an alley - are intentionally reminiscent of Rear Window and handy in making a low budget film work. All in all, it is technically well made, actors are good, effects are decent... Until things sorta come apart.
